There’s a moment every architect and designer knows well. The renderings are approved, the client is excited, and the details that made the space feel alive on screen need to show up exactly that way in the real world. That’s where specification decisions either hold up or fall apart.
At Allé Designs, we built our entire process around making sure that gap never costs you a project.
Our fiberglass planters and receptacles are available on BIMobject with complete Revit files, so you can drop them directly into your model at the right size, in the right location, with the documentation your team needs already attached. No chasing a rep for a spec sheet. No guessing at dimensions. The object in your BIM is the object that ships.
That matters because our planters aren’t catalog items pulled from a warehouse shelf. They’re custom manufactured in the USA, built to the exact dimensions your project requires. The Fresco series, for example, is fully customizable in length, width, and height, which means what you specify is what gets made. Standard wall thickness is a minimum of 5/32 inch fiberglass with a Barcol hardness of 50 and a UV-stabilized gel coat at a minimum of 16 MIL. These aren’t decorative planters dressed up with technical language. They’re engineered for commercial performance and built to hold up in the environments you design.
The image above says it plainly. On the left, a clean architectural sketch, the kind that lives in a BIM model and a set of construction documents. On the right, that same planter installed at a building entrance, filled out, finished, exactly where it was always meant to be. The line between specification and reality is shorter than most people expect.
If you haven’t explored our BIMobject profile yet, it’s worth a few minutes. You’ll find product objects ready to download, organized by series, with the technical data already built in. For projects where the planters and waste receptacles need to work together as a coordinated system, that’s all there too.
We’ve been manufacturing in the United States for more than 40 years, and the architects and designers who specify us keep coming back because the product arrives the way it was designed.
