Net 30 from date of invoice. All orders subject to prior credit approval. In addition to a late payment charge of 1% per month the customer shall be liable for all collection costs and attorneys fees in the event of litigation.
Please submit one bank and three trade references. Allow three weeks for approval process or submit initial order payment in full with order to expedite delivery.
Letter of Credit or equivalent accepted before shipment.
All orders shall be shipped “best way” with freight prepaid and added to invoice. Due to various densities freight rates vary by product volume.

If customer supplies specific shipping instructions and assumes all freight charges including C.O.D., Air Freight, Special Delivery of any type, or picks up at plant there will be a 5% packing and handling charge only added to the Net total of the order.
If customer requests estimated freight costs before shipment such estimates are deemed to be estimates only and ALLÉ, LTD. assumes no responsibility for differences that may occur between the estimate and the actual cost at time of shipment.
There is no minimum order size; however, orders under $100 list are subject to a minimum freight and handling charge of $35.
Freight, Damage, Claims
All products are inspected and packed in good condition for shipment to consignee designation. ALLÉ, LTD. is not responsible for loss, damage or pilferage in transit. It is the customers’ responsibility to file any claim with the carrier and request an inspection while the merchandise is at the destination point. ALLÉ must be notified within five days of receipt of merchandise of any shortage or errors. No adjustments or replacements will be made thereafter.
Payment Terms or Product Discontinuance
ALLÉ, LTD. reserves the right to implement price changes, modifications in design and construction of products and to discontinue existing products without prior notification.
Cancellations and Returns
All cancellations and returns must be approved by ALLÉ personnel and our “Authorized Return” label affixed to package. There will be a cancellation charge if the manufacturing process has begun on standard products and on all custom products all sales are final and cannot be returned.
Returns must be packaged in original cartons as shipped by us, and shipped freight prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted and all returns are at the customers own risk and expense.
Return shipments when accepted will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% or more depending upon the condition of the merchandise after inspection. No returns will be accepted after 60 days or more from date of shipment. If customer is unable to accept delivery when order is ready to ship customer will be invoiced and merchandise stored at the customers expense.
All products manufactured by ALLÉ, LTD. are warranted for one year from date of delivery to be free from defects in workmanship and material. This warranty applies to our direct customers only. During the warranty period, ALLÉ will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product found defective in manufacture in terms of warranty. The warranty, however, does not cover damage due to freight, accident, alteration, or abuse. Our sole and exclusive liability hereunder or otherwise shall be for repair or replacement of such merchandise. In No Event shall ALLÉ be liable to customer in warranty, contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, which are alleged to be caused by one or more of our products beyond the cost to the customer of the subject product(s). Therefore, the manufacturers sole liability will be limited to repair or replacement of the subject product(s) at our option (excluding installation and removal charges which shall not be our liability) or if we choose, refund of the purchase price.
